Er det noen med Granada her, som er interessert in ny LSD?

Trenger en diffbrems til min V8 granada, så jeg sendte mail til Qaife i England. Her er svaret:

Thanks for your email.
I'm sorry but we do not have an ATB differential for the Ford Granada.
If you want us to make an ATB diff for this car, we will need an order for minimum 10 units.
Is this of interest?

The price would be dependent on the number of units ordered.
I cannot give an idea of price at present, but you can get an idea of our ususal retail prices by seeing our ATB diff listing on the web shop.

Our ATB differentials do not have a maximum power listing.
You will break something else in the driveline before you break our diff.

Quaife ATB differential for Ford Sierra 7 1/2" rear is suitable for Ford Sierra models using the 7 1/2" rear axle. Includes Scorpio flanges with 100mm diameter. This unit is a direct replacement for the standard Ford differential, and the Quaife ATB differential will transform your car's performance.

Unlike a conventional plate-style limited slip differential, the Ford Sierra 7 1/2" rear Quaife ATB differential relies on gears rather than clutch plates for its operation. That means it is much smoother in operation.

The Ford Sierra 7 1/2" rear Quaife ATB differential never locks harshly with a set pre-load of wheel slip across the driven axle, like a conventional LSD. Rather, the Ford Sierra 7 1/2" rear Quaife ATB differential automatically biases the torque away from the spinning wheel across the axle, to a constantly varying degree, and never locks.

The Ford Sierra 7 1/2" rear Quaife ATB differential has many benefits over a standard open differential, including maximising traction and minimizing wheelspin, eliminating torque steer and snatching in front wheel drive cars compared to conventional LSD units, and a maintenance-free design which retains the standard oil lubrication.

The Ford Sierra 7 1/2" rear Quaife ATB differential is proven in circuit and drag racing, rallying and road use, and is produced from Corus steel billets, and is CAD designed and CNC machined, then inspected to ISO 9001 standards.

With over 170 applications, the Quaife ATB differential is second to none. Accept no imitations!

Quaife ATB differentials are used by Ford, General Motors and Daimler-Chrysler as original equipment.

The Quaife ATB differential for Ford Sierra 7 1/2" rear is also now subject to a lifetime warranty (subject to terms and conditions).


We would ask for a 25% deposit on confirmation of your order.
Production will take approx 12 weeks from the date of receiving your deposit.
We can arrange delivery to you with TNT, however the full order would be shipped to one address.
The diff unit would be a direct replacement for the original unit. The original crownwheel should be bolted to the ATB diff, before it is fitted.
We could supply drive flanges if required, however this would increase the cost per unit.

No it would not be a modified Sierra 7.5" ATB diff. We would have to make a completely new design.

hei igen 351RS jeg ligger lige det link op du brugte på fkd så det danske tuningsfolk kan se hvad du har lavet og evt kan blive imponeret så meget at de selv vil til at bygge en fin granada.. http://www.bilforumet.no/showthread.php?t=143763
