The CVH22 will run with the standard valve springs and is worth about 6 or 7 bhp with decent low rpm tractability. The CVH33 is about as far as you can go with a road cam and still retain any sort of driveability. It loses out under 2,000 rpm but gives about 10 to 12 bhp at the top end.
